Buy yourself a new Febreeze NOTICEable, send in your receipt, the UPC code from the package and
sufficient postage for them to mail you your rebate and they will send you a cheque including applicable taxes and shipping. Might be a bit of a pain but maybe worth a shot if you haven't tried it before :)
